EasyBCD 2.0 currently does not attempt to determine whether or not the selected destination drive is a logical or primary partition; therefore selecting a logical partition will fail.
Future builds need to either not show Logical Drives in the drop-down list, or (better yet) provide an error when a logical drive is selected with a link to a wiki article on the matter.
