EasyBCD 2.3 not opening on WIndows 10

Hi, I saw some other post similar to my issue on this forum, but they don't appear to work for me. Can someone help me with this issue? I click on the program, but the UI does not show up and I can't find it under the details tab of my task manager either.
 
We believe that this was caused by an incorrectly uploaded copy of EasyBCD 2.3 to our file server.
Can you please try download it again and re-installing?
