EasyBCD does not open at all

OS: Windows 10
Architechture: 64-bit
EasyBCD version: 2.3 Final
tried compatibility settings: yes
any of the processes running such as boot grabber: NO, none of them
installed as admin: yes
run as admin: yes
anything in application windows error logs: empt

description: It's like the processes needed to use EasyBCD were not installed. I noticed during the installation Bootg...trying to install, but it skipped at the 2/3 bar and said finished. As if it was skipping activating the processes. If that was what it was doing, I don't know how to start them.
 
We believe that this was caused by an incorrectly uploaded copy of EasyBCD 2.3 to our file server.
Can you please try download it again and re-installing?
 
Update: it installs but gives the following message:

"EasyBCD has detected your machine is currently booting in EFI mode. Due to limitations set by Microsoft, many of EasyBCD's multi-booting features cannot be used in EFI mode and have been disabled."

As well as:

"The boot configuration data store could not be opened."
