EASYBCD hasn't started since I did that dual boot, I tried reinstalling it and restarting the PC and opening it as administrator but nothing, it appears in the task manager and disappears again

Hello @Imlatin,
Try these steps: krogerfeedback
  1. Run in Compatibility Mode – Right-click EasyBCD, go to Properties > Compatibility, and set it to run as administrator.
  2. Check Dependencies – Ensure .NET Framework and Visual C++ Redistributables are installed.
  3. Verify Boot Configuration – Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run bcdedit /enum to check for errors.
  4. Reinstall Correctly – Uninstall EasyBCD, delete its folder in C:\Program Files, then reinstall.
  5. Use Alternative Boot Manager – If issues persist, consider using Windows Boot Manager or another tool.

Hello @Imlatin,
Sounds like EasyBCD is crashing on launch—likely due to boot config conflicts from the dual boot setup. Try running bcdedit /enum in Command Prompt to check for errors, and ensure .NET Framework is properly installed. Also, disable any conflicting boot managers and run EasyBCD in compatibility mode.
