EasyBCD Has Stopped Working. Windows 7 Ultimate

When i try to open EasyBCD.exe It will just say EasyBCD Has Stopped Working And Closes Itself. I tried Looking for C:/users/username/appdata/Local/NeoSmart_Technologies. No Sign of the folder. I tried Reinstalling it and didint work, Tried Changing its compatibility to a newer or older version. didint work. Any help here?

Go to Programs and Features and uninstall it. Reboot and reinstall, no need to register.

No. I just pressed the reboot button from the windows start menu
