I've been trying to use EasyBCD to fix the boot problem I've been having (the only way I can get windows to load is by rearranging the order of the boot start up and restarting the computer multiple times) but the problem is.. I can't get EasyBCD to work.
When I try to run the program I get this error:
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.
Now I've tried browsing around to try to find solutions.
I've attempted solutions I've found for the same problem but different files with no avail.. and I really have no idea what to do.
I apologize if this has been answered somewhere else but I am unable to find any solution.
I would just use the CD to fix it, only I don't have one and can't receive one anytime soon and I need my computer for work and school. ANY help at all will be appreciated, thanks.
Oh yeah.. I'm using Windows Vista. x_X

Ah, forgive me again. I've resolved the issue and have gotten EasyBCD to install.
