EasyBCD not working Windows 11

I have 3 entries in EasyBCD and I cannot get my PC to show the Boot Manager when it it reboots. Not only that, but if I choose one of the other options in iReboot, My PC just reboots into the default OS (W11) all the time. Here is the detailed version of the boot manager:

Thanks for your reply Terry! I have completed a clean install of W11 and the boot menu is working now. I am assuming you suggested Disk 4 because it has the EFI Boot Partition!

Exactly.
Glad everythiing's sorted now.

MS uses the terms boot and system in a different way to just about everyone else on the planet
for future reference

Disk Management flags have the following meanings

"boot" = "this is the system you're running"
"system" = "this is where I found the boot files for the currently running system"
"active" (on the first HDD in the BIOS boot sequence) = "this is where I started the search for the boot files"
"active" (on subsequent HDDs in the BIOS boot sequence) ="this is where I will look if I don't find something in the MBR on the first HDD"

and when using UEFI there is no "system" flag. The boot files are always in the EFI System Partition.
