EasyBCD Other Entries

I have my PC with 3 different HDs, one with Win7 Main, one with Win7 Games, & one with Win10 Pro.
I have installed EasyBCD on the Win10 HD & now it is showing 3 extra entries titled "Windows Manager" on the boot up.
Is there any way that I can get rid of them, as they do not show up in the EasyBCD software?

Don't try to "clean up" the BCD just because you don't understand what Windows keeps in there.
If it ain't broke...

Are you looking at the BCD in "view settings" in "detailed" (debug)mode ?
Post screenshots of what you think is wrong before you do anything you'll regret.

(btw - If you try to "clean" it, it probably will be broke to the point of not booting any more.)
