EasyBCD startup issue with Windows 7

I recently try to setup EasyBCD on my Windows 7 Home Premium edition. But after completion of installation, while running the program i am getting error like below:-

could not load file or assembly sorttbls.nlp or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified

After some googling i come to know that this error is coming because of corrupted .Net Framework, so i removed and reinstalled framework v4.

Inspite of that EasyBCD is giving me the same error.

Please take a look at this error, why its giving me like this?
 
EasyBCD uses .NET 2.0, not 4.0

.NET 2.0 cannot be installed or reinstalled on Windows 7 - it comes with it, and if it's been corrupted that means your Windows is corrupted.
