It would be great if we could boot from a VHD file and automatically discard all end user modifications at reboot. Ideal for schools, fixed task computing, terminals, etc...

Do you think this could be possible ?

Hmmm. Definitely can be done, though it'd be a lot of work. I think it's a nice idea and will look into it.

I would really like to see something like this implemented for those of us who are not really comfortable with the big gamble of never seeing our computer boot gain.
