Enable PAE question

Is it advisable to enable the "Enable PAE"-option?

What are the advantages/disadvantages?

I am running a 32-Bit Vista ultimate an a Dual Core 3 GHZ Intel Prozessor.

Graphics is a shared memory nVIDIA Geforce 7050 (don't need sophisticated graphics).

Memory is 4 GB.

Any ideas, anybody?

What is the meaning of "DEP/NoExecute"?
