Hello I'm french and excuse me for my bad english language.

I use Win 7 on two partitions. One only dedicated to Flight simulator and the second to all the family. I used your fantastic soft to make a dual boot. I used the 2.0 beta version. But i have two problems.
The first is that on the second partition the F8 menu is in english language as you can see on the text of the bootloader:

Code:
Windows Boot Manager

sos No

and my second problem is that when i boot on the second partition the boot screen is "vista type" and not the "seven type". I have not the same problemn when i boot on the first partition.

Hi,

sylvior, Ottstef welcome to NeoSmart Technologies.

Sylvior, I appreciate your helping out in French - would be great if you could provide an English summary of what you're suggesting so as to keep our non-French speakers in the loop.

Ottstef: Delete the entry that has the Vista-style boot and re-create it with the latest build of EasyBCD 2.0 to get the new animations.

As for the English language: EasyBCD | Useful Utilities | Power Console
Type in
Code:
bcdedit.exe /set {ab7084fa-f15e-11de-b9d2-e5a2096a0440} locale fr-FR
and it should become French.

Did you find the animation of starting Windows 7 with easy bcd 2.0?
I put this question because I had the same problem and the passage to version 2.0 does not have is enough. It was necessary for me moreover to enter one line of order which I describe in the post entitled “ Loss of the animation of starting Windows 7 »

It's not enough just to install EasyBCD 2.0 instead of 1.7.
You need to delete the entry with the wrong startup spash, then add it again using 2.0.

For Terry60

I tested but to remove the entry and to create it again did not function.
To find animation Windows 7, it was necessary to recreate a missing bond while making :
C:\Windows\system32> bcdedit /set {current} local fr-FR (or with "local en-US" for USA version)

Regards
