Error 0Xc000000f ... out of a sudden

One mont ago I upgraded my notebook with 8 G memory (2X4) and a SSD, both from Corsair. Since I wanted to play safe, I left the original Windows 7 installed on the normal drives, and I installed again a Windows 7 on the SSD. The dual boot worked as a charme and in this month I didn't have any problem. Windows 7 on the SSD was working really fast. Yesterday evening, out of a sudden, the system on the SSD couldn't boot anymore. I got the Error 0Xc000000f. I tried to boot on the old system and it didn't work either. So I did the memory test and I got errors in one of the two rigs (yesterday it was really cold and the notebook was in the car... I remember something about possible damages in bad temperature conditions). I left only the good one in the notebook. I booted with the original Windows 7 DVD and I tried everything to repair the system startup (Chksd didn't find any error on my drives). After doing it, I was able to start the old system, but with the SSD I still get the 0Xc000000f. So now I will put the new memory (as soon I get it), but I am afraid that it won't help. Does anybody know why only the system with the SSD can't boot anymore?. Besides, the SSD drive works perfectly... I can see it on the old system, open the files and so on. :S

So, I still didn't manage to fix it (and I still didn't get the new memory).
I tried everything possile using neosmart... the problem is that I can't add new entries after
resetting the BCD configuration because I have a German system and under locale it writes en-US instead of de-DE.
I also use bootrec from Windows and the interesting thing is that it is unable to find any system, although I can actually boot in one of the them...

Addendum:

I tried the Bcdedit
It shows me the entries but if i try to rename the bcd to bcd.old in order to rebuild, it says it can't find the file... althought it just back-it up! I really don't understand... How is it possible I can boot in one of the system if the bootrec and the bcdedit don't menage to show the systems, find and rebuild the bcd?

I get the error only if I try to boot on Windows 7 installed on the SSD (the one on the old drives worked after repair).
So when I choose the Windows 7 SSD i get this message:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change may be the cause. To fix the problem: (it explain the repair with the DVD).

Status 0xc000000f. Info the boot selection failed because a required device is missing.

BUT: When I boot on the old Windows 7 I can easly see the SSD drive listed and it works perfectly... :x

PS: If you won't manage to help me, I am afraid I will be obliged to reinstall windows 7 on the ssd, and make a recovery with the image of the SSD system that unfortunately I did after the problem (from the old system, using Acronis), avoiding to recover also the mbr (I see Acronis gives me the oppurtunity to deselect the MBR).

Addendum:

I just installed the new memory (I tested it and it is ok), but, as I already supposed, it didn't fix the problem. At least I found out that one of the rig was defect.

Addendum:

I tried to install Windows 7 in a partition of the SSD. It did work and it booted normally. Then I tried to repair the system, it did seem to work, but nothing has changed.

Well, I reinstalled Windows 7 and now I am using pcmover to migrate the programs... The only bad thing is that I lost the mails from last month... and of course I din't find out why this did happen...

Perhaps it was an unclean shutdown? Windows Vista/7 is extra-susceptible to corruption due to sudden shutdown, I've lost 2 systems in such manner.

Yes, it could really be... I remember I came back to my office and the notebook was off... I was surprised about it... but I was so busy that I didn't give it any attention... and I went home...
