p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }a:link { } Issue: I have installed EasyBCD and followed all instructions. The Windows 7 boots fine, but the Linux does not. What I get when I click “Linux” in the boot menu is the following:
File: \NST\AutoNeoGrub0.mbr
Status: 0x000000f
Information: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.
I have researched this. First, when I go to Windows 7 and access c:\bcdedit, the Real-Mode Boot Sector shows path \NST\AutoNeoGrub.mbr.
NOTICE! This is NOT the AutoNeoGrub0.mbr. The “0” is missing! Different file.
Second, I checked out c:\NST. The folder is EMPTY: 0 bytes, 0 Files, 0 Folders.
Third, back to EasyBCD. Selecting “Add New Entry,” “Linux/BSD” and “Grub2” yields “automatically configure.”
This may be the place where somethingis buggy.
It appears to me that the “automatically configure” is not finding Grub2.
Any help for this?
