Extra entry in boot menu

I've made a bootable flash thumb drive. BCDedit has worked fairly well for me althought it seems operations often dont work at first and a second attempt makes it work. Maybe I'm not waiting long enough or there's some sort of odd caching going on.
Anyway i have the disk working pretty well now except that there is an extra entry in the list. The entry is either "Windows 7" or NST something that seems to boot into a NST version of WinPE 2. I'll attach an image and a list of my files.

Let me guess - you created at least one of the entries manually with bcdedit?

bcdedit has issues with multiple WinPE entries. You need to reset your BCD and use EasyBCD to add them.
