Fixing Dual Boot Issues w/ Windows 7

Evening!

I left my old Win7 HDD in my computer when I installed Win7 on my new HDD with my new system. Of course, it then added the boot to the old hard drive. I believe EasyBCD is going to help me, but I want to ensure I do this correctly. I believe I am supposed to do the BCD DEPLOYMENT > INSTALL THE WINDOWS VISTA/7 BOOTLOADER TO THE MBR option and then once I remove the old HDD, I can clean up any boot menu options. Is this correct?

No.
You already have the W7 bootloader in the MBR, you don't need to do it again.
If you want to remove the old HDD and it contains the boot files, first do this

then when the new HDD is booting and the new OS shows as "active " "system" and "boot" in Disk Management, you can format the old HDD or whatever you will.
