Forum Search Fails

Hi,

I searched the forum for "SSD" and it said:
"Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." :frowning:

However Google found the forum-thread:
EASYBCD to FIX EXTERNAL SSD

June 18th, 2009, 03:15 PM jbflavor (Offline) Tumbling Toddler

How come ?
 
Sorry 4 letters is the mimimum word length allowed in a search term. Hence no search for XP or W7, but Vista is fine.
Annoying I know (it's made life quite difficult for me trying to locate old threads I know are there somewhere), but it's presumably there to prevent millions of hits on an/a/to/at/the/and etc etc.
You'll just have to get more creative in your search terms.

It would be good , to get an error-message about this, just to save peoples time.

ps. with this post I increased my number of postings 100%

That's the nice thing about being new to the forums :lol:

Which also a nice thing about growing old - each year, you only age by a lesser percent than the year before!
