GPT HDD/SSD Oxc0000225 error code ...|WINDOWS\System32\config\system ...Missing

Cannot boot Win 10 (GPT 1 GB HDD) error Oxc0000225.
I have a NEW 500GB SSD with Win 10 doing the same thing.
NeoSmart Easy CD RE does NOT fix it. "Cannot update MBR"..?.... But it is a GPT HDD.
CMD prompt...sfc/scannow, chkdsk /f /r ...OK.
Keep getting...\WINDOWS\System32\Config\system...MISSING...!!!
Bootrec, Diskpart commands did not help.
I want to fix the problem & NOT re-install windows.
