had contacted the support email, but no further response

Hi, I'm Char.
A few days ago my computer couldn't start, shows “hal.dll is missing or corrupt” .
I bought Easyre, tried “automated repair”. But it says ” the selected partition does not contain a valid Windows installation”.
I send an email to easyre@neosmart.net yesterday. After 2 minutes I got a response, says “We got your help request! One of our agents will respond to you as soon as possible”, looks like an automatic response. Till now I got no further response, 24 hours past. This issue seems to be common in the form and I don't know why it needs so so long for a real response. I hope someone contact me ASAP and do something really helpful, my email address is (removed by Moderator for your safety). Thank a lot.
 
I have read your replies to others in this forum. So I have checked the Junk/Spam folders from yesterday, but nothing in there. Do you really have a support team?
 
I'm only a volunteer here so it's not my team. Try emailing from a different email address. Normally you would get an auto-reply within minutes, followed by a proper response a couple of days later.
