the win7 works fine, but i upgraded so i can dual boot for certain things (Just Cause 2 Actually), but now i m stuck on 7. i installed EasyBCD with hopes of it creating boot screen. it created, but the winXP doesnt work. attached are two somewhat usuful screenshots i taken

drive 2>partition 1 (C E:smile: is where winxp is installed.

can anyone help? ive tried it with 1.7, with the latest beta and auto config, nothing works. tough win7 is really nice, i got things i m not quite ready to move from, like all my preferences for all the different software. PS CS4.

Can you post the contents of EasyBCD's detailed mode?

Addendum:

And which drive letter is XP?

Addendum:

Wait, there's something wrong. How do you have two drive D: in the EasyBCD menu!?

Can you do EasyBCD -> Useful Utilities -> Power Console
Code:
bootgrabber.exe /tlist
and paste the results here?

Ahhhh, did you by any chance clone any of your partitions? Or copy them with a partition manager?

How can i fix it?

btw, just remembered that i had format after the paragon tool. Theres a proper xp install and i cant boot it. Help?

Addendum:

and for the record, here i am on my XP. just disconnected the big HDD and suddenly, it finds the ntldr. i can actually manage my move like that, if i try, but i want to have dual boot.
