There are only 2 active helpers around here. So be patient regarding replies appearing, especially in this section where all support is via email. If you aren't getting replies check your Junk and Spam folders especially those online belonging to your ISP or GMail

I've merged the countless threads you opened for your issue. Please keep the posts here.

You have hardware damage (failed disk). EasyRE won't be able to help there. If it's hanging during the repair process with unrecoverable read errors means that files pertinent to the boot process are on failed sectors. The refund is via email, just be patient.
