Firstly let me say hello, and I am stupid.

So, Stupid here reset the BSD, and then wrote it back without adding an OS.

Instead of dual booting XP and Win7 I now get the following.

Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart upir computer
2. change language
3. repair your computer.

Great.
What it doesn't explain is..... How exactly do I do that?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Addendum:

Oh, and down the bottom it says:
Info: The Windows Boot Configuration Data file does not contain a valid OS entry

Addendum:

OK, I think I found the answer to this.... Don't use the XP recovery, instead stick your Windows 7 disc in, and at the first screen that it settles on, press repair. It's automated and only takes 5 minutes.
After you've done, reconfigure easyBCD, and rewrite the MBR
