help please

Hi, trying to recover Win7 with the ASUS recovery system, the process was not succesful and lost all data in the Windows partition and the DATA partition. Before trying this I had linux and Win7, using GRUB as bootloader. Now, everytime I turn on my laptop, I get GRUB rescue. What I want to do is use the "recovery" partition to install Win7 again, and according to the ASUS manual, that is done by pressing F9 at boot, but it is not working, and I´m thinking GRUB is the one that is not letting me do that. Any help or advice to fix this?.

I´m trying to repair windows start following this steps:

Recovering the Vista Bootloader from the DVD - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki

I´m trying to "Step Three: Manually Repairing the Vista Bootloader"

and when I enter bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd I get:

Successfully scanned Winows installations.
Total identified Windows installations: 0
The operation completed successfully.

Why do I get that? How do I fix all this thing?
