How can I boot from two different drives

I have 2 bootable hard drives installed. Primary drive has Windows Vista. Secondary drive has System Commander loaded on to choose between two partitions with Windows Me on each. My bios does not give me an option of which drive to boot from. How can I set it up to choose?

EasyBCD > Add New Entry > 2k/ME/XP... entry. Create one with auto detect for each system on the second drive.

The second drives boot files have been modified by Sysyem Commander and it doesn't reconize anything. Is there any way I can use Bios Extender just to pick what partition I want to boot from?
