Hi
I have 2 virtual drives.
One I installed vista on. Then I added another drive, and install Server 2008 from Vista to it (for some reason, wasn't able to boot to the Server 2008 disc... so I tried this method).
Server 2008 works fine. :booyah:
Now I would like to be able to boot just to this Virtual drive which only contains Server 2008. To do this, I need BCD.
I've tried recreating the BCD using 3rd party tools, including EasyBCD and Vista BootPro.
Hasn't worked for me so far.
Please tell me exactly what I need to do.
Thanks in advance,
Panarchy
PS: Using VMware Workstation 6.5.1 with Vista x64 as the host. Installed Vista x64 on one SCSI drive, then shutdown, added another hard-drive, then booted back to Vista. From within Vista, I installed Server 2008 (setup.exe), on the other SCSI hard-drive.
PPS: All partitions are primary partitions, NTFS and are installed into the MBR.
