Try opening C:\Boot.ini and U:\Boot.ini in notepad. Which one opens?

Start -> Run -> Regedit.exe

Browse to HKLM\System\Setup and take a screenshot.

Thanks.

EasyBCD -> Useful Utilities -> Power Console

Code:
bootgrabber.exe /bootcfg \Device\HarddiskVolume1
Take a screenshot, post it here, then reboot and test if it works.

I reboot system and try to load to windows xp. and it said.

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or currupt:
<windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
please re-install a copy of the above file

windows 7 loaded ok.
