How come my computer doesnt support windows aero?

i just got recently the HP Touchsmart computer....windows vista home premium edition.. i got to the icon that reads HP Touchsmart and it says that my computer does not have windows aero and does not support it. where can i download this program... shouldnt this computer come with everything ready to run already?
 
You'll need to update all of your drivers by visiting HP's site and get any available updates from Windows Update.
