How come my computer doesnt support windows aero?

i just got recently the HP Touchsmart computer....windows vista home premium edition.. i got to the icon that reads HP Touchsmart and it says that my computer does not have windows aero and does not support it. where can i download this program... shouldnt this computer come with everything ready to run already?
 
Windows Aero is dependent on your graphic card. It is not something that can be downloaded and forced to run. If your system doesnt support it, that is due to a hardware limitation. It has nothing to do with the software.
