How do I make a Windows 7 Repair USB Stick?

Maybe I´m giong blind, but no matter where I search I can´t find a tutorial on how to put EasyBCD to install the Windows 7 Repair .iso that I got from here on my USB stick. Where can I find how to do it?
 
EasyBCD > Bootloader Setup > Create Bootable External Media.

Copy the contents of the ISO over to the USB drive.
