I installed Ubuntu beside XP, and know I want to format the partition, but still the boot screen will stay ther, and my XP cd is home edition and doesn't have recovery console to fix mbr.
Iam totaly lost, and about to get crazy, please help.

No I can't. Even though, I am using laptop wich is hard to cofigure due to the bios setup witch needs SATA drivers.
Is ther any other eiser way?
