How Do I Uninstall Dual Boot and EasyBCD Without Breaking BCD

I have two hard disk drives - one has Windows 7 and the other has Windows 10. I have easy bcd on the Windows 10 drive. I just installed a new windos10 drive and removed the windows 7 drive. I have easybcd installed on both windows 10 drives. I no longer need easybcd on either drive, but when I try to remove it, the computer won't boot. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

EasyBCD is not the boot manager.
Your system is booted by MS "bootmgr" which uses a BCD to store its data.
EasyBCD helps you manipulate the contents of the BCD to affect future boots. It takes no part whatsoever in the boot process.
What exactly are you removing? not the BCD I hope.
If you want to remove the option to boot W7 from your boot menu, you must use EasyBCD to remove the unwanted entry from the BCD.
A BCD containing only one boot choice will cause bootmgr to suppress the boot menu and boot the sole option directly.
Once you have no dual-boot to manage you can uninstall EasyBCD the same way as you uninstall any third party software,
