I have a problem ok I just reformatted my laptop to the original factory condition after everything was formatted took me to the blue screen with the big white box it was inactive for about an hour, and at this point i couldn't continue with the set up because it was froze, so i restarted and now i can't get back to setting up vista i don't know what to do should i get a vista cd, or what I'm confused. everytime it loads up it restarts

Hi swaggerella, welcome to NST.
Use the F11 key to access the recovery environment directly as described here.
After factory reset (or even before), use the same facility to burn backup CD(s) of this environment for your future peace of mind.
 
update now my LT has this error
& restarts it self eveytime this message pops up
Windows Error Recovery: Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
