The best view at THIS time is from the Wrightsville Beach/Topsail Island webcam but that will likely change more northward (Nag's head throughout the night and by Saturday Morning EST. GMT -4
The view of the pier is the best view right now. The topsail cam switches back and forth from the beach view to a view of the HUGE pier. The waves are, at times, topping the pier now.
