Yes, it definitely does.

It uses bootgrabber.exe to detect the non-primary partitions. Output from bootgrabber.exe /tlist or bootgrabber.exe /list would help.

limey222, please run EasyBCD -> Useful Utilities -> Power Console

Type in
Code: 
bootgrabber.exe /tlist
and put a screenshot of the output here.
