I updated from EasyBCD 2.3.2 to 2.4 and now it thinks I'm in a commercial environment

I updated from EasyBCD 2.3.2 to 2.4 and now when I start it up it tells me that I need a license to use it in a commercial environment, and that almost everything will be disabled until I buy a license. I'm not running in a commercial environment, I am running this on my personal PC, at home, in my bedroom.

My computer is in a domain, because I run a file server, and domain controller on a spare PC. However this does not make my environment "commercial". Please allow me to bypass these restrictions and use the personal license.

Uninstall it. Then click the download for the free "Non-Commercial" version. You must have clicked the other version.

I clicked the "Register" button for the non-commercial edition, then clicked download. The installer was called "EasyBCD 2.4.exe".

I have the same issue. I definitely downloaded the correct version, as I have installed it on another machine without a problem. But on this particular machine it thinks I am in a commercial environment. This is a workgroup machine, not on a domain. The only thing unusual is that it is EFI boot. I get the EFI boot warning dialog AFTER it has already told me I'm in a commercial environment. Uninstall - Reboot - Install, does not fix the problem.
