In my BCD there is no option for bootloader setup. Why?

I do not have the bootloader setup option in the Easy BCD I just downloaded. I want to make my usb drive bootable. Is there a reason bootloader setup option is not there?

If you're on Vista+ the option to create a bootable USB should be available. What version of EasyBCD are you running (Help | About)?

i bought essentials fixed the boot problems downloaded bcd and installed it and I still do not have the bootloader option this is what it said in the window next to where the bootloader option would be:
Entry #1
Name: Microsoft Windows
BCD ID: {current}
Device: locate=\windows\{4e564ea6-2ecc-4d85-9c2a-c3b65465ca54}
Bootloader Path: \windows\system32\winload.exe

of course after buying the other program it told me a file to get and that usb drive is now bootable.

What is the boot loader option you are looking for? That text you copied and pasted is from the summary window where no options live.

What do you mean by "bootloader option?"

That's from the BCD Deployment page.

thank you I found it. None of this matters anyway as my external drive is not showing in windows explorer :/ crud I fix one thing and one more thing stops working lol
You would not happen to have a program that will make windows see a drive?
