Inadvertent BCD to Default Settings

I accidently reset the BCD configuration file while in Windows 7. My other system is Windows XP. Because of this stupid mistake, the only choice I have when I boot up now is XP. Can someone provide guidance on how I boot into Windows 7 so that I can use EasyBCD to add Windows 7 as the default boot entry? Thanks for help.

Addendum:

Please disregard the question. I resolved the issue by using my Windows 7 installation disk to do a repair. After I booted into Windows 7, I updated EasyBCD to enable dual book options.
