I am using EasyBCD to dual boot Windows XP and Windows 10. However, the boot menu is inconsistent in that this is either graphical or text based depending on the last OS booted. How can EasyBCD be configured so that a consistent boot menu is displayed regardless of whether XP or 10 was last booted? Thanks.

It could be because XP and 10 have different boot processes and maybe you installed EasyBCD on XP? Try installi8ng EasyBCD on 10 only then add XP to its boot menu. (Add New Entry - 2nd choice in drop-down menu). Restart to see how that works. But make sure you set a suitable time for the menu to display.
