ireboot does not open

When I click on iReboot, it pops up and then instantly disappears with no action. Is anyone else having this issue and found a solution?
 
Have you rebooted? It will only work in dual or more boot and with EasyBCD installed on the main OS

EasyBCD installed, Rebooted, but I don’t have dual booting. I have win 7 on one hdd, and win 10 on another. Just trying to figure out the easiest way to deselect secure boot to get into win 7 and then reselect to enter win 10. I thought iReboot might be able to offer a solution.
