I've recently installed Windows 8 and openSUSE 12.3 on my UEFI-enabled laptop, during the openSUSE installation, I've chosen Grub2-EFI as the bootloader to install, then I went back to Windows and install EasyBCD, When I see this, i am not sure is this normal or not. the boot sequence is fine, I am able to choose between Windows and openSUSE. but could anyone explain this boot entry for me please?

What is to explain? OpenSUSE added entries so that it could use the UEFI and boot with Windows 8, which requires UEFI. It is something that is difficult for other distros to do. You found one that does it, does it properly and with no effort on your part. Be happy as Ubuntu still has yet to get it right.
