is the neosmart recovery disc safe?

i have a question about the neo smart recovery disc for window vista and window 7. is the recovery disc safe to download? the torrent file
 
It's not our disc anyway. It's Microsoft's disc, just hosted here for your convenience, as a torrent purely to protect our servers from the massive load created.
For W7, you can create your own if your system is functional.
Control Panel > Backup & Restore > Create System Repair Disc

Best disc to get too if you need to just do recovery of a non-booting system. If you need to re-install though you'll need to find your disc or order a replacement from Microsoft.
