ISO missing from download

I downloaded the Windows 7 32-bit recovery disc and went to burn the ISO, only to find there wasn't an ISO in the files that were downloaded. I downloaded and installed the IMGBurn, went to select the file within the extracted Windows 7 recovery folder and there wasn't a file within it that was an ISO.

Where can I get this if it wasn't in my downloaded file?

There's only a single file to download and it's an ISO image that your PC may misrepresent as a ZIP file instead. Download the link again, don't open or extract it, leave it as-is.
