ISO tab disabled?

Hi all,
I was following the tutorial "Making an EasyRE Recovery USB", and can not copy the iso file to the usb drive because the iso tab is disabled (please see atached file) I hope some one can hlep me.
I am using Windows 10.

You're using an EFI PC which does not support ISO image booting, per restrictions from Microsoft.

You can use Easy USB Creator instead if it's supported by it: Easy USB Creator
Or you can extract the ISO if it's WinPE-based to the USB drive, then add a WinPE entry instead (WIM or extracted).
