Just downloaded and its not visible

I brought a new comp this week and I have been reinstalling a lot and that includes Linux. But I needed this to sort out the boot as I have always done. Sorry to say that no EasyBCD on my new Win10 came up. The system asks do you want to allow this app to change things and of course you click yes. Then another box comes up and you click okay. Yet nothing happens. I checked Windows Firewall and its fine and I made it an exception. So what is wrong? Win10 64bit 16BG memory as its all new
