Lenovo T61 Wipe & Reinstall Windoz 7 -- Problems?

#1
Several years ago I used easybcd to create a dual boot on a lenovo thinkpad T61. I put windoz 7 on the c drive and windoz xp on the e drive. The folder with easybcd is on the f drive along with an autoexec.bat file.
I want to wipe the drives because of pesky malware and will go to one drive with only windoz 7 on it.
Will a windoz 7 disk wipe the drive and create one partition? I think it will but I'd like to get an opinion or 2 before I start.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

When you boot W7, what does Disk Management show as "system" ?

You can copy the boot files from F to C
Changing the Boot Partition
and once W7 is booted from the C disk (shows as system, boot and active), you'll be able to remove the other drive(s) or do whatever else you wish with them.
