Down loaded neosmart for windows 10 and it will not start up to the disk.
What files are supposed to be on the disk, it only shows to be one file
The machine continues to go through the diagnostics and won’t accept passwords at all

NeoSmart recovery disk wasn’t properly created as a bootable drive. If you're only seeing one file, it’s likely the ISO wasn’t burned correctly—try using a tool like Rufus to make a proper bootable USB. Also, ensure your BIOS is set to boot from USB or DVD first. If the system keeps looping diagnostics and won’t accept passwords, the recovery process likely isn’t being triggered correctly.
