Recently updated to Windows 10 laptop. Then I find that my Verizon messages does not work in W10! Further, at this time Verizon has no plan to update their platform to allow their messages to work in W10. So now I find I cannot reset my laptop to W8 or W7 so the Verizon messages will work. I need to find a messages app that will work on my android (Galaxy S8) and also on my laptop. I am not computer savvy and have very little hair left after trying options only to remove them. I could definitely use some help.
