Hi, I have an HP Slimline desktop that now comes up with the missing BootMGR error after it appeared to lock up yesterday.
I have followed the instructions to download the 64 bit recovery image and burned it to a DVD using ISOburn software.
When I attempt to boot from the DVD it starts and shows loading files but then the monitor becomes grainy and only displays the Microsoft Coproration copyright and a status bar that never moves. It appears the computer is locking up at this point.
Any ideas?
