Move boot sector from one HDD to another

Hi, geniuses
I have a little problem with my PC.

My windows 10 is installed on the C: disk, and the boot sector is on the F: disk.
When I disconnect the F: drive, PC stops loading.

Somebody knows a way to fix it?

Me too same problem. I make “BCD Backup/Repair” and have in Bios first my win 10 disk and have not work. My boot workin is in win 7 I do not like!! .
