Hi I bought easyre and made the boot drive using the tool on this site but u dont know how to get past this screen please help thanks
 
Yep nothing happened. IHave used two other computers, and different flash drives. I have asked for help since the email said to reply if I needed any help and nobody is replying. The computer is fixed now because I had to have a friend who said he could reinstall windows and also recover my files that would otherwise have been deleted. But im trying to get a refund on this and nobody is replying to my mail.
